1. lumify eyedrops
2. oral minox 2.5mg + topical daily
3. dyle lashes black & brows dark brown or black (only black if your hair is very dark)
4. the ordinary lash and brow serum daily
5. ice under eyes & put tinted sunscreen around eyes
6. replace glasses with contacts
7. put vaseline on lashes and use eyelash curler

BONUS tips:
8. use an eyebrow pencil if needed (js make sure its undetectable)
9. use small amount of waterline pen or kohl on the upper eyelid & medial & lateral canthus (NOT lower eyelid cause it makes eyes look rounder)
10. use a SMALL amount of concealer on under eyes only if needed (less is more)
