AM: 1.wash with water. 2.use non clogging minral spf but only if your going out in the sun.
PM: 1.cleanse 2. Any retinoid.
Retinoids build collagen. improve pigmentation. and anti aging.
That’s it. you don’t need all these Jew creams and serums.
You can use a good non clogging moisturizer but only if you’re extremely dry but most moisturizers break people out.
And the most important thing is diet

Salt or sugar as a cleanser and beef tallow with a perfect diet and back-sleep. 🗿

Cleanser and retinol is all you need but honestly a just a daily moisturizer works for me

lets see ur skin for reference, great post btw, why not cleanse in the morning?
also do u recommend any spf that wont give me cancer
