What surgeries should i get? I put normal pics in normal lighting to give best indication. I thought maybe rhino, jaw/chin, and something with eye? Lmk

CCWR Bimax and Rhinoplasty. Probably no implants.

You should let your jaw grow out until you reach 18. But atm I would say your weakest area is your lower third- asymmetry+ chin recession ( which is caused by an underlying mandibular recession/ down growth). Most likely will need CCW rotation bimax if you are willing to take the risks involved with maxillary advancement or alternatively you can get a jaw wrap-around implant too if your bite is good- there is a risk of wrap-around implants looking unnatural. Rhinoplasty could also help- particularly thick skin reduction and narrowing the bridge slightly. The tip could also be refined if you wanted the "pretty boy" style look, but it's worth being careful with rhinoplasty bc it can feminize the face if done wrong, not to mention the recovery can be long.

Honestly, I would wait on doing anything. You still have good features such as blue eyes+good hairline, the maxilla is decent. I would focus on seeing a dermatologist, fixing your acne and niche maxing for the "pretty boy" archetype. I think your effective SMV will be decent thanks to JBW, so going for risky stuff this early on isn't worth it if you're serious about surgery and this is not a troll post.
