Drink as much as water possible after breaking your fast and before officially starting your fast in the morning. Eat bananas, avocados, spinach yogurt dates this is pretty much water info. Also avoid sodium and choose slow-digesting carbs like oats, whole grains with lean protein in the morning to retain water. Like someone else said take some salt as well.
