I tried this shit for 1 week and I just gave up right now (I had rice)

1. Absolute 0 energy and headaches all day

2. Gym session were terrible

3. My physique descended bc I was so flat from having no glycogen in my muscles

4. My face was Tera debloated some days (rn I’m Tera debloated) but some days I would get crazy cortisol spikes from not eating carbs and I would bloat so hard.

5. Sleep was terrible and constant brain fog

In conclusion eating less then 50 grams of carbs a day is counter productive.

Personally I feel my best and look my best when I’m around 100-200g of carbs a day.
Anything less I feel and look like shit and anything more I look bloated in the face.

I was eating like 150 grams of fat lol some off was the fat on eggs ground beef and butter

I mean cutting out sugars isn’t bad u should be able to. Even simple sugars. But cutting out all carbs and being below 50 grams of carbs is a nightmare

Same bro I wake up at 6:00AM then walk half a mile to catch the bus then go to school then get out at 2:40 then walk to work then at 4:00 I go home rot on org for 2 hours then go to the gym come back at 9:00 rot on org then fall asleep

i like fruit so it wasn't that easy for me, but yeah carbs is defo harder, just don't too much of it or you'll bloat, but carbs are fine in low to mid quantities

This. Like I feel like once u cross 200g of carbs is when you’ll start bloating and spilling over rather then having more energy and glycogen in your muscles
