I tried this shit for 1 week and I just gave up right now (I had rice)
1. Absolute 0 energy and headaches all day
2. Gym session were terrible
3. My physique descended bc I was so flat from having no glycogen in my muscles
4. My face was Tera debloated some days (rn I’m Tera debloated) but some days I would get crazy cortisol spikes from not eating carbs and I would bloat so hard.
5. Sleep was terrible and constant brain fog
In conclusion eating less then 50 grams of carbs a day is counter productive.
Personally I feel my best and look my best when I’m around 100-200g of carbs a day.
Anything less I feel and look like shit and anything more I look bloated in the face.
