CARBS ARE NOT ESSENTIAL TO THE HUMAN BODY, AND CAN MAKE YOU LOOK WORSE
here’s why:
1. no types of carbs are essentially needed by the human body, no amino acids, no special proteins, nothing
2. “But saar it’s the body’s main source of fuel” yes bhai but that’s only in the circumstance that WE MAKE it our body’s main source of fuel, if everyone ate 0 carbs then people would say shit like “fat is the main source of fuel” so it’s entirely context driven
3. Carbs are meant to be a performance enhancer.
- As carbs have better affects calorie for calorie on energy,
- the insulin produced from the carbs go on to inhibit shbg short term making you feel and perform better,
4. Glucose can be made with protein through gluconeogenesis, not much glucose is actually essential so not too much Protein will be wasted
5. The high insulin levels with blunt gh release, cause insulin to be less sensitive for when it’s needed in certain situations, the insulin will go on to store more glucose in fat tissue making you look bloated
