no carbs cause depression?

im feeling like when I stopped carbs i've been easier to like ragebait or get angry and get depressed I kinda think worse and worse the longer I go without carbs also people on the carnivore diet are all going to fruitmaxxing and carbs going more into ray peat and all

Yes not eating delicious will make you more sad, especially if you don't have much to enjoy in life in the first place

In all seriousness, depriving your body of some macronutrients will cause hormanal imbalance and can lead to a crash, usually e2. Once this occurs, it leads to loss of libido, sadness/short temper/moodiness and lack of willpower. I know this for a fact cause it happened to me once on my first hard cut.

Feed your body with good source of fats (avocado, nuts). Cook with coco oil. Carb cycling day and refeed days when you hit the gym. Rest of the time high protein, no carbs if you're actively cutting. Cardio. Take sleep supplements cause being in a deficit hardcore style prevents you from getting optimal sleep (hunger signaling from the ghrelin).

so I think that's why my sleep has been getting worse I've not been able to sleep well and it made me go mad thx bro

Yes there you see. A "good" sign that your body is actively struggling to get you to eat more. I don't know your goals and for how long you've been at it but try implementing refeed days on gym days. Good luck son.
