no carbs for acne?

some tiktok looksmaxxer told me if i go carb free for a whole week my acne would basically clear up completely. does anyone know if this is cope and if i should even waste my time doing it.
 
tbh its mostly processed foods and seed oils that u should watch out for, but cutting carbs for 2 weeks is a worth experiment
 
Thats cope, carbs are only bad for bloat,
Just drink a litre of water an hour (make sure u balance ur electrolytes so no water poisoning shit)
Hop on epiduo or tret,
Cut sugar and junk foods, eat more fruit and veg.
That fixed my acne in 2-3 months absolutely worth the minor purging.
 
processed carbs will def cause acne and bloating but natural carbs like fruit are not bad. still keep them low to prevent bloating and drinking 4 liters of water per day and watch your sodium intake
