First picture is taken October 2021 and second is taken this month. What am I doing wrong? I've gotten stronger but there's no noticeable change in my physique. Help me autists :dafuckfeels:

Take another 2-3 years of your prime. 1-2 years of bulking up (getting fat/zero smv) and then 6 months diet to shredd down.

How is your calorie intake compared to a year ago? Did you have any change in your diet?

Shit, that might actually be where i'm lacking. I eat about 2000 calories in a day (estimated) while doing the 16/8 fast. Maybe i need to squeeze in breakfast

tried bulking up once. just felt like shit with zero change in body composition. i think i have an unnaturally fast metabolism

After some point the law of diminishing returns start to work. You can gymcel your ass off for 2-4 lbs of muscle mass.
Its not worth it, just maintain that u have.
Geoffrey verity schofield and VitruvianPhysique on youtube doing that.
