Day one was quite easy(technically day 2) for me. But it's gonna be hard asf, really hard. How long do we have to go btw? Let's set a goal, I don't think so that I can go like a year. Can the bros give me some tips to resist the temptation?(For reference my highest record was around 3 weeks, and that was when I was depressed asf cuz of breakup). That break up killed my mental health, turned my dark circles into black holes
