I think nofap is overrated. The quickest solution is finding a girlfriend. Doing nofap for long periods of time does not make sense. I don’t know the science behind it but I believe men during the first week of nofap get most of the benefits. Torturing yourself for months on end is just not practical imo. People get obsess on nofap and avoid their other goals.

So my advice is limit yourself into once a week maybe two weeks. If you really need to you can maybe do it once a month.
