just not fapping for 2-3 days, I start to become more confident in myself, and don't know if delusion or not, but I begin to think I look really good, and start hitting on girls out of sheer confidence.

after I nut, it all feels so fucking cringe. post nut clarity shows you reality or something? Were all those feelings fake and delusions?
