No fat on top of zygos?

The skin on top of my zygos is super thin and theres basically no cushion between surface and zygo bone

Same in my infra area where theres no fat just thin stretchy skin

However main point is this was the same even when i used to be ~35% bodyfat, never had any fat on top of my zygos or infras


Why is this happening? How can i know if my undereyes look weak due to bone recession or just lack of soft tissue?

is there any point to getting a fat graft on top of zygos?

if u have a positive orbital vector and eyebags then its due to a lack of fat, not bone.

how old are you? this is very common with age-related descent of fat pads. especially in the temporal and infraorbital region

I have absolutely 0 fat above cheeks bones and I can feel the bone by touching the skin on my under eyes so it gives me insane eyebags even tho I have decent infras and cheekbones, I’ve been coping with derma rolling and volufiline + hylauric acid results are only temporary

Thats kinda relieving to hear, gonna try a bit of filler and see if it fixes my undereyes if soft tissue is the problem
