I’ve tried gum and carrots for as long as i can and my jaw just isn’t getting tired enough to get gains
 
Keep chewing faggot
 
then u must have no lactic acid buildup
 
I do my jaw training at evening(Mandible pushing,raising hyoid bones),finishing with TMJ stretching
The end of the day I took a bunch of raw almonds and chew them without my tongue move i do it 2x let in 10sec rest

Blame your DNA, not the carrot Chewing is low-resistance, high-repetition. It trains stamina, not hypertrophy. You’re basically doing jaw cardio great for endurance, useless for bulk. Want a square jaw? Start resistance training (e.g., jaw exercisers with adjustable force) or chew steel bolts.
