That’s what my ent said I’d this nose spray doesn’t work to fix my breathing issues, I need it so bad, and I’m lucky it’s just my maxilla and ramus that need work. Either way I still get treated bad by girls

fix your mandible, gonial angle and ramus lenght, as your bottom third is your main flaw
work on your frame as you look tiny
decrease your nose size too
