alright my pie is so fucking bad even if it dosnt look crazy here it def is I’ve been 3 derm and all said all topicals were cope. Idk really know if this is even pie or pih so if u know tell me but tbh I’ve seen clear pie be called pih. I’ve read every thread posted abt pie. I never really liked laser just because of the recovery and how it takes multiple sessions. I wanna know what I should do I’m still on 30mg accutane but I’m thinking of microneedling and azeliac acid 15% since that’s what the majority of org says to do but tbh pie is more blood vessels so I’m guessing the microneedlings to increase healing to the blood vessel idk if any of this shits proven to work so tell me the science. And if u hav a better recommendation tell me pls.

Sos I forget to add all the derms I’ve been too all said that it dosnt go away although I’ve seen studies and threads saying otherwise. And I’ve also seen mixed thoughts abt if it goes away on org some saying it dosnt and some say 3-6 months.

niacinamide + zinc serum, azelaic acid, hyalaurunic acid, and a retinol/retinal (start at the lowest strength and slowly work your way up). AVOID THE SUN. sun damages it. bbv cleanser and moisturizer as well. dermastamping to stimulate more collagen production.
