Change your lifestyle and develope character through new experiences. You're aesthetics are fine, it's the spirit that shows through your eyes that makes you unattractive. You look like a typical nice guy who can't get laid. Soft, inexperienced, and without the ability to convey his romantic desires in an appropriate manner.

You look like you might care too much what women think of you. You're gonna have to accept the fact that some women are gonna like you and some women won't. Quit trying to be so palatable. Also, from what you said it's very obvious that your social circle is doing nothing for you. I'd bet you're even being taken advantage of to a small degree, though you might not know it. You need to start rocking the boat a little. Make some enemies and play with what you got. A man with no enemies isn't doing anything right. You'll learn a lot more about yourself through these kinds of conflicts.

I'm not trying to be all super Machiavellian, but you're too damn nice and congenial. It's written all over your face. Learn to be more bold and self serving.
