Some ask for a rate and I usually just give advice because makes me think of myself and how shit I feel looking at my reflection , I have developed a reflex to fucking snap my neck away whenever someone pulls out a camera or my snap camera is on , or when I catch a glimpse of my reflection, another ultimate truecel trait I possess.

But honestly I mainly just feel bad for a lot in the rating sections as some it’s just brutally over for and I want to give them hope and help them in anyway I can because I’m sure they feel lost, because imagine being obsessed with looks and being LTN…. it’s a brutal combination , man life is brutal.

It's probably BDD though, but i do appreciate that you don't take their hope though, you don't know what's that user going trough and may commit suicide one day.

Yeah I’m aware my BDD is terrible
I get rated somewhat nicely (what I would consider okay, a lot of people wouldn’t though lol),
people think I’m schizo because I am at 23% body fat (at 72kg 6 ft 2) (fat for org standards but irl not really), and I ascended shit tuns which I think was through puberty, but when I was LTN I was a lower bf ( not even by much I was around 18-20% depending on age) and my MAJOR failo was UEE and orbital fat and I’m scared that what is covering my UEE is fat and if I cut down I will go back to trueceldom…..
Deep down I know it can’t be fat and a lot of it is orbital bone that has grown in my eye area and I know I will look miles better very lean but I’m still afraid… no logic I know but I think it’s a mental thing for me I’m in my own head…..


But yeah it’s what I think every time, looks are such a personal thing and there is very limited you can do to change them and deep down everyone knows there significance so if I ever do a rating it must have a advice , never shit on someone if your not gonna help them improve to the best they can.
