3rd pic is highkey frauding but yeah, no abs separation also I can't really see much moving when flexing abs. I weigh 66 kg at 5'10 smth, is it just bad fat distribution? Like I feel like most fat I got is on my face and stomach, my back is pretty lean, I got veins up to my thighs and to my bicep on my arms. I can kinda achieve hollow cheeks if I clench the fuck outta my jaw. Is there potential in me?

Youre skinny fat and htn base but low mtn atm

I started lifting + cleaner diet with protein goal hitting since Feb cause I looked even worse but I 50% people saying to go bulk and cut and other 50% to lean the fuck out and then bulk. I don't wanna increase my bf right before all holidays lmao
 
bf% is about 15 i think

I see muscle separation in delts and high back but yeah nothing on stomach, do abs workout even work? I've been playing soccer since like 4 years old like there should be SOMETHING at least lol

How should I take them? I can dm you later with proper pictures
in good lighting where the light is over your body or in front of you and put the phone on a shelf or something
