I would ascend 1 PSL just from a rhinoplasty. Add on canthoplasty + otoplasty and that's another 0.5 PSL, legit go from subhuman to normie to slightly above average. The problem is the botch rate, rhino has very high revision rate and i likely won't like my new nose even though my current one is brutal. Not a fan of the more invasive surgeries, bimax, etc
