No libido after lowering the dosage of test

So I was running test e 750mg ew
And when I noticed I’m staring to run out of it pretty fast (had like 2 more grams) I decided to lower the dosage to 250
Since that day my libido is non existent and looking at females just makes me mad
I also took anastrozole 0,25 like a dumbass
What do I do now? Just wait and not do ai or is there anything else to help me
