No matter what i do i cant lose fat

I got from 91 kgs to 80 kgs i still look bloated, decreased cals but i cant seem to see a noticeable difference in fat also feel like shit due to strict diet and low cals

I think you need to give it some time and tone your muscles a little bit, maybe that'll help
