what i noticed is that people respect u more when you have lot of muscle, i lost 10kg because of quarantine and people no longer respect me, one guy even told me that he would beat me, another skinny soyboy offered me a boxing match, nobody would say sutch things to me when i was stronger.

conlcusion: muscles may not get u girls if you are sub5, i was getting attienton from few girls when i was stronger of course, but if you are sub5 and have no musle, gymaxx anyway because atleast guys will respect u and you will not have to worrie about intimidation and all that bullshit.

measured it today and it was 50cm withd while waist is 30 withd, it was bigger due to shouler muscles before
