Took 40mg retalin retard today and 8 hours after taking it
Prolly shouldn’t mix high doses of retalin as a non adhd person with test and tren. When I try to sleep I feel my heart beating. I are 700 kcals today because I pinned 6mg Reta yesterday. I hope I don’t die in my sleep
