No morning wood?

Title, im 18 and I rarely get morning wood, only if I wake up needing to pee or if I haven’t jerked off in awhile.

My T levels are good, sex drive is high and i have every high T trait but I still barely get it, is it cause of poor sleep? I sleep from 9pm to 3-4am and always wale up feeling shitty

First of all fix your sleep schedule (if possible), then STOP jerking off if you want your morning wood back.

Could prone masturabation/bed rubbing also be a cause? I’ve been doing it since I was like 14 and maybe my dick is just used to being hard under pressure so its probably harder for it to erect without it

It definetely is, there is a high chanc that if you go even as little as one week one without masturbation you will get your morning wood back and maybe even wet dreams.

Check your SHBG, prolactin and E2. Disregard everyone else in this thread. It would be naive to isolate a lack of morning wood to occur solely consequent to low testosterone and to not consider other hormones if your testosterone wasn’t low.

As a kid I fell from 4feet high flat on my back and I spat out spinal fluid I think? The doctors said it caused nerve damage in my legs lowkey could be the reason but idk just lucky I didn’t get paralyzed
