Do something beneficially different every single day, even if it's so small. Because in a rut, a small accomplishment will feel so fucking good it ends up making you want to do more, like a domino effect I guess.
When you start, you might not think it's much, but it's necessary tbh
Try it out. For example, if you are trying to lose weight, avoid comfort food for the day and you will feel victorious at the end.
