I m in medical school , I ve tried everything tbh concerta works the best for me . Adderal is way too risky and it's only great if you have to pull an all nighter . (As someone who studies about 12 h a day )

Same issue. Just try to delete everything that is going to mess with your dopamine levels: any games social media or anything that might cause you to rot on some shit app or website. My brain is so fried, that I myself am too lazy to download stuff like insta or tiktok again during the study session, simplz because it takes longer than 2 minutes. Which then actually forces me to study. Also 200mg of caffeine every session. Any more or less than that doesn’t work for me in regard to focus. Did this to prep my nationals. Did well, hope results r good
