Even if by some miracle during 2 or 3 years I could looksmaxx and look good after multiple procedures, spening those years doing nothing but looksmaxxing and making money to fund the surgeries - even if I was good looking I still have missed out on the crucial development during formative years, I can never be NT and have relationships or friends. So I essentially will be a good looking incel
