I would be pretty good looking if it wasn't for my nose. Almost model tier. Are there any ways to fix my nose without plastics?

It’s actually perfectly wide though. Your biggest issue is how short it is, you need a longer nose. This ties into your long philtrum. Unfortunately nothing can be done to give you a longer nose so it’s over
