I failed at day 19. I did not want the urges anymore and my sleep quality was very bad the last days. I don't regret doing it and feel better now. I will do nofap again tho. I will stay away from porn tho, my dick started working again and I had ED before this so I am glad I know it is bc of porn now (stay away from porn and fap rarely and if you do do it without porn)
