idk i genually feel better not stroking, i feel less guilt. And less guilt usually leads to better convos. And since ur basically blueballing urself, ur more likely to talk to bitches.

Too bad when I come home exhausted from school , or sitting around I touch my dick atleast once within 2 or 3 days.

post nut clarity begs to differ.

Stress reliever or not, I'd rather have a stress reliever that doesn't fucking make me feel like shit after doing it. And the fact that I know im not sub-5 or bad looking and im stroking my dick - just to recreate pussy that if I probably somehow became more NT and social can get pretty easily. My body needs to be in panic mode that Im not getting pussy and force me to talk to bitches. So ima do NNN, and pray I get thru it jfl.

everything good except fruit juice.
I'm so juiced up right now it's insane. Fruit and veggie juices are great for a short term healing process. For the long term just 1-2x a day is fine but for the most part a long juice diet of 90 days- around 1 year or so is for those that are in fairly poor health state which is probably over 75% of the populations. Once you've completed the Juice feast (period depends on how long it takes for your symptoms to disappear) then you'll no longer require it ever again if you go back to a more healthy long term diet/lifestyle.

The juice should be raw and no additional added ingredients also if possible local, seasonal, and fresh pressed by you. A vast majority of people on this earth have some form of IBS or leaky gut to varying degrees. Fiber can be irritating to the gut lining so a juice feast can allow the gut to heal itself over time and it's nutrient dense so it optimizes the functionality of your body's organs. These juices also assist in detoxing toxins, heavy metals, alkalize the body to kill off virtually all diseases, etc. Also, since they're very low in fiber, fat and protein they give the digestive system time to rest and heal.

problem is the ingredient you are making the juice with is toxic itself. Most plants/vegetables and fruits contain antinutrients like oxolates (worst kind) which fuck you up in the long term. I prefer sticking for more natural methods

There are many fruits qith very little oxalates and really next to no antinutrients or none like most grains, seeds (except hemp seeds) nuts and legumes). Also, if you juice the fruits that basically removes all oxalates as these are in the fiber portion of the fruits. So juice is virtually fiber free and anti-nutrient free as qell as being fat free and low in protein which enables one to heal faster. The green juices can be used to increase the protein content if you're attempting a long juice feast to prevent issues with your hair, skin, nails, etc.

One can achieve close to this on a carnivore diet. I consumed the suet and the organ meats but I blended then juiced the organ meats so no rough material damaged my intestinal lining. The issue is one has to consume so much fat and this isn't sustainable for the long term.

Tbh RN I can't afford carnivore but my diet consists of <50 mg oxolates a day, aswell as very low antinutrients and AGE (glycation) . Spent 3 days designing my diet plan to reach 3000 kcals for bulk. Now I just have to commit to it. That+ Calisthenicmaxxing+ Dopamine detox will ascend me HARD mentally. Might take weeks or months to see results but hey, I'm confident now

Do you have kidney stones and or histamine intolerance and or leaky gut?

Here's some low oxalate fruits. To remove nearly all the oxalates you can juice them and pasteurize/boil them for a short period of time.

Actually carnivore is relatively cheap. The suet is dirt cheap for some animals (even if grass fed organic). One day of fat for calories is around $5. You can add in the dirt cheap meats for protein. About 12 oz should be sufficient for your protein requirements. I normally recommend organ meats since they're extremely nutrient dense. I purchased my food from northstar bison, billydoe meats, and the Amish Amos Miller farm. There's probably even cheaper local farms.

Nah I don"t seem to have any problems yet, just wanna avoid getting them later. Yeah only fruit I eat is banana as it's high in potassium. I only eat 1 though.
The problem with carnivore is too fucking much phosphorus compared to calcium, when the ideal ratio is 1/1-2 for optmal bone health, but I guess going carnivore mogs eating carbs anyways

So the body/intestines tolerate oxalates even at semi high amounts for the short and long term quite well. If you develop Inflammatory bowel conditions then you're going to be more susceptible (to many various things including kidney stones). There's no reason to use a restrictive diet in the long or short term if you have no underlying condition or genetic predisposition. Noq that doesn't mean consume 5 lbs of spinach every day but you should be able to tolerate an occasional high oxalate meal quite qell in a healthy state.

I'm sure you know all the tips and tricks but here's a few:
1.) Consume foods high in calcium and low in oxalates to assist in binding up the excess oxalates.
  • Sardines with soft bones
  • Kefir
  • Lentils and beans
  • Vegetables can also provide a good amount of calcium.
Aim for 1,000 mg per day
2.) High protein diets lead to excretion of uric acid through the urine making one susceptible to kidney stones.
3.) Food processing, like steaming, cooking certain high oxalate foods or soaking, sprouting, etc can decrease the amount of oxalates.
4.) Being overweight, having type 2 diabetes can also lead to high uric acid in the urine causing kidney stones.
5.) Cysteine stones are from people who consume too much protein specifically Cysteine.
6.) Consume less salt
7.) Sufficient water

Carnivore is great for the short term but the long term it's just sending you to an early grave. It's great for assisting in growth during puberty (high in organ meats), or curing specific issues like SIBO, C. Difficile or genetic weaknesses. After that, the long term consequences is it cuts your life in half, and you're going to inevitable have some degree of histamine intolerance, osteoporosis and arteriosclerosis.

I only recommend carnivore for the short term if one is going through puberty, has a major specific illness or genetic weakness that can be cured or helped by this diet. I cannot in good faith recommend this for people who just qant to lose weight or do this for the long term.

I am no nut till Trump is declared the winner.

I forgot to add,
Raq animal products deliver pure glycogen to the small intestines so the raw carnivore diet would be a fail if you're attempting to avoid AGE (glycation). Cooked carnivore is going to destroy your gallbladder very quickly as the grease from the fat clogs the gallbladder causing severe inflammation and eventually it's going to be removed.

The superior diet for your desires of loq oxalates/AGE

1.) Small amounts of lean or fat free animal products that are cooked like egg whites. Just enough protein so you regenerate or maintain muscle mass and all other tissues and do not have excess protein hence pissing out excess urea.

2.) Coconut Milk, Durians and Plantains. These three can be the foundation or bedrock of your diet for calories. These are calorically dense and have minimal AGE/oxalates. They also have a decent amount of calcium to assist with any excess oxalates your body cannot tolerate for whatever reason.

3.) Nutrient dense teas: teas high in calcium and overall nutrients to ensure you're obtaining ample amounts of nutrients from your diet for optimal health.

4.) Add in small amounts of low AGE/oxalate/protein foods for an overall variety of nutrients, anti-oxidants, etc.

Set backs to this:
1.) Durians are expensive but the rest are cheap. Not sure about a replacement for a Durain other than maybe tiger nuts which are a tuber and not a nut. They're very high in fat.
2.) Meat at limited amounts even for the long term is still decreasing your lifespan but not as bad as being on full carnivoire.

Im gonna abstain I guess

I'll expand on my previous comment:

I.) Carnivore Diet:

1.) The carnivore diet makes you acid and increases the Urea in the blood. Specifically the animal protein is increasing the uric acid in the urine and hence causing kidney stones. The more animal protein the worse off you become. The carnivore diet in the long term can causes major health issues:

A.) Cooked carnivore destroys the gallbladder due to the grease from the fat.
B.) Increased risk of developing osteoporosis and arteriosclerosis (inevitable on carnivore).
C.) Heavy metal toxicity (specifically the liver is going to get hit the hardest). This will lead to an early grave as this causes so many issues there are too many to list. Meats are high in heavy metals and do not directly assist the body in detoxifying from heavy metals. Over time the metals bioaccumulate in your fat cells and organs and eventually your body will shut down.
D.) Overall, the carnivore diet cuts your lifespan in half and decreases your overall health and wellbeing.

2.) MITIGATION: If u still desire some animal products in your diet.
A.) Consume cooked egg whites specifically duck or quail eggs. These are the only animal products on earth that are alkaline.
-raw egg whites are the only animal product that assists in detoxifying heavy metals in the body
-If they're organic/pasture raised they'll be very low in heavy metals. Majority or a vast majority of heavy metals stores in the fat which is in the yolk.
-Egg whites are 99.9% protein.
-They have a rapid transient time as they take around 20 minutes to fully digest and exit the stomach.

II.) Mitigation of Oxalates in the Body:

A.) Normal Healthy Humans: A normal healthy human is able to consume 200 mg of oxalates and not have to worry about kidney stones for the long term.
B.) Using the tricks I recommended will assist you in being able to tolerate more
C.) The best health hack for kidney stone prevention (all causes) is citrate and the food higher in citrates than any food on earth is Lemon juice and it happens to be the most alkaline food on earth.
1.) Citrates do 3 things, they in habit the formation of stones.
2.) Help dissolve stones.
3.) Inhibit the stickiness of the calcium oxalate to the kidney tissue itself, allowing the stone to go through the body without sticking.
a.) Limes can be used also.
b.) Lemons are low in fructose (could potentially increase the risk of getting kidney stones and uric acid stones).
c.) Lemons specifically helps dissolve the calcium oxalate and phosphate stones and decreases uric acid stones.

III.) Methodology:

A.) In mornings: drink one cup of pure 100% lemon juice (freshly squeezed raw and organic.
B.) One cup of lemon juice and mix with 10 cups of water. Drink this throughout the day. This is keeping your citrates high in the body so you don't form any stones and start dissolving stones.

Based based based. Yeah I thought about going on carnivore, but fuck it you just have to avoid toxins.
For lemon I just buy one and press it in water in the morning, but might spread it during the day. I want to avoid juice and just use a lemon directly even if it's less concentrated. Will also buy coconut milk. What do you think about a diet with about 100g unprocessed sugar (not added ones, just from diet)? Cause I read it causes skin issues and aging but tbh I can't just cut everything lol. Also what do you think about eating like 150 g of starches per day (from white rice primarly)?

Yeah short term carnivore is great for specific life threatening conditions and or genetic weaknesses but not wise in the long term.

I used cooked carnivore in the short term as I was dying from SIBO/C. Difficile which lead to ulcerative colitis, leaky gut and an autoimmune issue (intolerance to my own mucus which caused gut inflammation itself). I was down to 99 lbs at one point at 6'1" and needed a pace maker to keep my heart pumping. The cooked carnivore got me back up to 160 lbs but then dramatically declined to 125 lbs eating the same amount of calories.

Cooked carnivore for 4 months cured my SIBO, C. Difficile, and ulcerative colitis per my symptoms and examinations.

The issue is I went to the ER in severe pain throwing up and I had to have my gallbladder removed, kidney stones and discovered I had high levels of mercury, arsenic and lead in my bloodstream and most likely all major organs. So it saved my life but nearly took my life.

After the surgery I went colt turkey to a 365 day Juice Feast. I boosted back up to 130 lbs after 3 months then 140 lbs by the end of the 365 days and the green juices started helping the detox phase and gaining a little bit of muscle back.

I then transitioned slowly to a raq fruit diet (still including some fruit and veggie juices and detox teas and detoxing sea veggies like dulse, chlorella, and spirulina (non ocean sources lab tested). I added in daily saunas at home for detoxing through perspiration. After 365 days on this diet I couldn't get over 145 lbs but I noticed I had zero digestion issues even after adding in all this fiber. Then I boosted the sea veggies for protein and added a bit coconuts, and avocadoes for fat sources and finally got back to 160 lbs after another year.

At this point I can tolerate nearly any food and have tested hard to digest things like nuts and seeds just to see how strong I was and did fine. It took about a couple years to fully detoxify my body and clean out the biofilms and plaques on my digestive tract so that my digestion and microbiome worked great and I absorbed my nutrients from my food better than I can ever remember as my hair, skin, nails, etc all look better than I qas in my peak in my mid 20s.

Coconut Milk: Try for BPA cans or glass jars if you can find them. Organic coconuts are preferrable. It should be on average $3 for 800 calories in a can. https://www.amazon.com/Organic-Coco...7&psc=1&mcid=0709226b9caa354a9d8fb08f99dd56f4

You may have better local options or you can learn to make it yourself.

Your Questions:

1.) Sugar from fruit is anti-aging. I qouldn't reccomend fruit juicing for a long term diet but it's great for short term healing. Anything over a year may have negative consequences but nothing as bad as an all meat diet.
This guy explains y fruit sugar is anti-aging. He's over 50 years old and looks to be in his late 20s early 30's and has been on the vegan diet since he turned 17 and fully raw fruitarian for the last couple decades.
Overall whole fruits for the long term is perfectly fine but if you have histamine intolerance, fat intolerance or severe ulcerative colitis/chon's then specific fruits like pineapples, oranges, kiwis' etc won't be tolerated until those issues are resolved.

2.) Starch: I personally only consume starch from plantains (same family as bananas). You can cook them when they're green or yellow and eat raw when they're mostly black.

3.) I highly suggest staying aqay from any form of rice, even if it's white rice, Basmati, and organic from CA. Rice has higher levels of arsenic than any food on earth. This is more of an issue than lead, mercury, etc. I actually healed my horrific acne and acne scars from an all alkaline mostly fruit diet. Not sure y people would ever have skin issues on a fruit diet (all organic and raq obviously.

Alright will be cutting rice. I probably will add fruits like bananas and apples. I don't have really an intolerance for food just looking to have a perfect anti-aging one. I just need to get to 3000kcal for a bulk so that's why I added rice (probably a dumb idea tbh). Also what do you think of Kefir for gut microbiome? I have a low fat one in my grocery store which has no additives. Oh and I eat canned sardines every day. I don't really like eating anything canned with olive oil so I just rinse the sardines before eating them.

The 2 fruits that have moderate amounts of arsenic are grapes and apples even if organic. They should be fine if you eat them whole and not as a juice. Plus the apple peel helps detox heavy metals. Blueberries are the most powerful metal detoxifying fruit that has a decent amount of calories.

3,000 calories: coconut milk, and plantains alone should get you to 1,500 calories. Avocadoes do have 19 MG of oxalates but with your lemon juice hack I think 1 a day isn't going really negatively effect you in the short or long term.

A good substitute for rice is Millet. Millet is in the grass family (wheat, rice, oats, etc etc). This grain has only 13 mg of oxalates. Soaking and a bonus sprouting reduces the oxalates and any other anti-nutrients. This grain is gluten free. It has nearly triple the calories as rice per a 100g serving size.

I've only tried Kefir once and didn't like the taste. You might have to do research on it in terms of heavy metals,

I became obsessed with anti-aging in my early 20's. I eventually discovered Li Ching-Yuen a Chinese herbalist that lived until he was 256 years old per his military records and New York Times article back in 1933. He joined the military at 71 years of age to teach martial arts. Apparently he learned about the Qigong exercises from a hermit that qas over the age of 500 years and lived outside of society (per Li Ching).

Here's some of the practices I added from him:

1.) The longevity herbal teas: Ling Chi, Goji Berry, wild Ginseng, Gotu Kola, and He Shu Wu.
2.) Daily practice of qigong 30 to 60 minutes a day.
3.) meditation combined with breathing techniques ( I use the Him Hof Method).

My other major longevity practices I incorporated over the years.

1.) Lean body fat percentage/overall lower weight but a decent amount of muscle for strength and protecting the joints and ligaments.
2.) Sufficient sleep every day (going to be at the same time and waking up at the same time daily.
3.) One meal a day or at least intermittent fasting
4.) Plant based with fruit as the foundation
5.) Calorie restriction
6.) Semen retention (drains your life force each time you ejaculate).
7.) Sexual transmutation (a meditative, visualization, qigong practice) which sends the life force back from the testicles to the brain to enhance cognition and longevity. This is an ancient practice.
8.) Skincare: Seabuckthorn oil face wash, Aragan oil moisturizer, rose water as a toner, manuka honey as a face mask, derma rolling to increase collagen and skin quality and white tea to increase collagen.

Also, another major component is microplastics. They're in your food, water, air, etc.

1.) High quality air filter that removes the toxins from your house. You can also add specific plants that remove them from the air also.
2.) Reverse osmosis water only and use glass jugs to store them in.
3.) Store grains and legumes (if you consume any) in glass mason jars
4.) Place produce in organic hemp or cotton bags.
5.) Soaps, shampoos oils in dark glass jars.
6.) Pure filters on faucets and shower heads.
7.) Remove the teas from tea bags and place into water directly or into stainless steel filter ball in the water.
8.) Mini filter in your car because majority of the microplastics you breathe in come from your car.
9.) Juices in glass jars.
10.) Cotton or wool clothing.
11.) Liposomal glutathione
12.) Infared saunas daily

Micro plastics for me (combined with the heavy metals) lead to severe histamine intolerance, loss of digestive power, etc. These toxins basically kill you fairly rapidly once you reach a threshold to where you liver shuts down and stops detoxing.
