i know small wrists arent that big of a deal but whats worse is I have small hands too
so most guys have small wrists but normal sized hands, i have the hands of a woman, its over.

terracope, prettyboy has 7+ inch wrists and doesn't need to work out at all and looks lean and proportional. Meanwhile framelets have to gymcel to cover pathetic size and start to look unproportional and ogre with only 12 inch forearms due to small wrists.

i never measured my arms at my biggest but i dont think they were even close to 16 inches... over

plus i never felt big because guys who didnt even lift would bone mog me so wrists arent really cope tbh
bigger wrists = bigger bones in general = more mass u can put on

there was one kid in high school with the most mogger wrists and forearms i've ever seen he looked aesthetic af in a sweater with sleeves rolled up
when i wore a sweater with sleeves rolled up i looked DYEL

having mogger forearms and wrists is underrated

plus i never felt big because guys who didnt even lift would bone mog me so wrists arent really cope tbh

The guy’s wrist in the video isn’t too huge. Looks to be around 7.25 whilst pumped. He has very nice forearms. If you want to see big wrists, look at arm wrestlers and strong men. They’re 8inch+
