What are you doing in order to anti-age?
Everything you could do to battle aging but it's mostly focused on diet which includes legit every type of food you can think of (I don't calorie restrict like a cuck) and minimum 9 hours of sleep everyday. Some supplements here and there like maca, mucuna pruriens, bovine collagen, bee pollen and shilajit. Can't forget minimum of 4.5 L of water everyday.
