It's not even about looks at this point, I just wanna feel good no matter the age. Too bad most of you are too depressed to take back your power.

Everything you could do to battle aging but it's mostly focused on diet which includes legit every type of food you can think of (I don't calorie restrict like a cuck) and minimum 9 hours of sleep everyday. Some supplements here and there like maca, mucuna pruriens, bovine collagen, bee pollen and shilajit. Can't forget minimum of 4.5 L of water everyday. That's it lol

I specifically mentioned it's not about looks but rather general well being which is bluepill advice for this forum ironically

Just start trying out different raw animal foods, I know it sounds like schizo shit and gross at first but it works

I didn't say go all raw tomorrow, just start slowly trying out different stuff with your current diet.

Maybe start with easy mode like sushi? Raw salmon is something even giga normies can enjoy
 
You complicate things probably when anti-aging is genuinely simple with decent base of genes

What about preventing epigenetic damage? Countering inflammation? What about combatting and even exterminating stress? preventing macromolecular damage? maximizing your body's regenerative capabilities? Optimizing telomerase? What's your diet, exercise, hydration, cognitive health, social and mental health like? How are you preventing cellular senescence? inefficient nutrient absorption?. etc. etc.
