interesting, in this school game where there was this huge mat and 2 guys had to go on it and push the other off it to win, i was really good at it, i pushed everyone off and won every game, i was only about 160cm tall and 30kg weight and 0 sport background. only after they gave me a 182cm 100kg guy did i lose. but you betcha that when i came home i was having some wanks still. at least i think because i started fapping late, like 14

I start out my day strong, I keep myself so busy that I literally forget I have a dick, and then night time comes, it's just me and my phone and the urges hit me.

Yes, that is the general idea of the Nofap community, but nofap itself doesn't do those things, Nofap may motivate you to improve yourself but alone, it accomplishes nothing. And porn/masturbation is not a problem if you do it just when you feel sexual urges. It takes only 10 minutes out of my day each day, I only do it when I need to and it keeps me focused on my goals.

Nofap can actually be detrimental to your success if it causes you to lack focus or makes it too difficult to fall asleep, and that is what it did to me every time that I did it. So, the idea of nofap on paper seems interesting but when people try it out, they usually find that it's torture that leads to absolutely nothing. And Nofap doesn't make self improvement easier, this is just a placebo effect where you feel that doing something challenging will make other challenges in your life easier when in reality, nothing happened.

If you are not a fully developed adult, masturbation is not good for you, and even then, having actual sex should be how you release your urges.

@copingvolcel, Nofapp is not a placebo effect. Masturbation and porn--although I am sure you've heard this before--damages your brain's internal reward circuit and causes unnatural chemical imbalances. abstaining will improve your quality of life, though it is worth mentioning not by as much as those red-pill copers will lead you to believe.

Whether or not nofapp is worth it for you is something you have to decide yourself, personally I am attempting this challenge to see how it will effect me and my life and wether or not it is worth it for me. I will make a thread discussing my experience with nofap once the month ends.
