Below 20%. 8% is incredibly lean and most people can’t stay at single digit bodyfats

debloating while not being on roids is a myth anyway, just lose weight ffs

Even if you’re 12% body fat let’s say

if you have shitty bone structure you will look worse. Better if you stayed 18% and kept some fat to hide that weak jawline.

I agree

People should get to 12% body fat, with retatrutide or 25k steps daily you decide

But since being lean is law you should get to a low bf % even if that means losing some of your muscle mass

The objective is not to be a chubby gymcel with some muscles that doesn't even get respected by his male friends

lean is law, just be at 12% bf and maintain all the time instead of bulking and cutting all the time

If you have no bone mass and have a high bf% you will just look round and subhuman

It's one of the biggest copes saying that having a lil bit of fat in your face will make you look better

You should get as lean as possible and try to increase collagen and clear the skin to get that youthful appearance that you think you will get some fat at 18%

Real, bulking and cutting all the time is nonsense

You can maintain and train regularly while eating loads of protein and will end up with a muscular physique

But if you are not enchanted it will take a lot of time

im bulking rn tho sadly:feelswhy: i have to cuz i have a couple cms left that i can grow, when im done growing im cutting to 12% bf and maintaining that all year round
