To all the fat people here thinking a gym membership will help, no it won't.
The Method (I lost 50 pounds and retained 85% of my muscle mass)
Calorie Deficit (roughly 1000 calories off your calorie maintenance)
Protein (Eats lots of protein, this is the most important step)
Strength Training (Do Push Ups, Sit Ups, Lift dumb bells, increase the volume slightly each week)
10,000 Steps a day
That's all. Then when you loose the weight, then you can start going to the gym.
