No shampoo saved my life

Ever since I started no shampoo I havent had a bad hair day. I have 2b hair and its always perfect every day. Looking back its so obvious that shampoo was the cause of all my hair problems.

trust me use egg yolk every 1-2 weeks

its not a 1 day thing. It took me 3 months to offically ditch it but go up in increments in days you dont shampoo. Like i went from daily to 3x a week, to once a week, to twice a month, once a month, then never.
