No Shampoo?

Would it be easier to go no shampoo if i buzz my hair down first?
cuz then it wont appear as oily

ive been using the entire egg, i think ill try no shampoo for like 1-2 months and if it dont work then imma buzz it off and grow it back after but thanks for the advice brudda
