I go tanning & do red light at a locally owned place,

nonetheless the owner and I were having a conversation when the topic led to stem cells, PEDs etc.

He said he's taken TRT & HGH and did not see any side effects whatsoever. Which says a lot coming from an atypical normie middle aged man

this is all done in Costa Rica I speculate because we were conversating about his trips there.
Also, something he emphasized that stood out to me was he said when on GH it practically got rid of all his blemishes on his body as if he was "airbrushed." his words not mine,

when I tell you how confidently this man was speaking about himself in that scenario he exclaimed he was feeling so great about the fact, he wore shorts and was flaunting it to his friends while in Costa Rica because his skin was so clear all over.

I've got some groupchats with some bodybuilder friends, none of us are pros by any means; a couple may be in the not so far future. We always say it seems totally safe. theres something like 15,000 ifbb pros, you hear about 2 dying per year; so what.

Then about a month ago one of the guys in our chat ghosts. Not huge by any means, but a decent build, played things safe with doses. Nobody there to tell us what happened to him til a mutual friend stumbles upon his obituary; heart attack at 48.

You should get blood work done. It’s not very expensive.

I'm healthy, not going to publicly say anything on here thatll incriminate me though, but you dont have to worry about me

But this guy also did bloodwork very often. Took minimal doses. Ate very clean. Every day you roll the dice without knowing it

Yeah, cant test for everything. Most guys that die are also using party drugs.

I should have specified that i don't condone the use of PEDs and in no way am I suggesting what I'm saying is true. Everyone should research on their own and know the potential possibilities or outcomes. I also should have specified The owner is 68 years old He also said he doesn't do it often either only a few times a year at most.
