It’s embarassing but i get so nervous around new ppl that i will stutter, not be able to form sentences and i will randomly smile awkwardly. I mean i can’t even explain how fucking nervous i look. i’d rather kill myself than do a presentation infront of my class.

I’m just wondering how could i ever get a gf being like this.. I mean i switched schools last year and made no friends in my new one

Just take the pregabalin. Its just how your brain is genetically hardwired, nothing you can do to really change it sadly.

I know bro, just for certain situations. Theres not really any other good way.

And get a lifestyle that fits you, and this struggle.

Also become a 6'3 chad, gymaxxed, statusmaxxed, millionaire.

just take it for social situations where its needed then. youll get used to the effects after a while anyway. plenty of ppl do this and are fine. htn is temporary but feeling self conscious about ur looks could last forever. think long term bro.

You need to be less serious with yourself. I couldn't participate in my first high school presentation because of anxiety; I went to the bathroom and cried, it's important to mention it was in 2021, just after the lockdown so my social skills were shit. 2 semesters after that I became the best person in my classes doing presentations, and I feel like it's because I didn't perceive myself too seriously, you can do it through expressing your true personality and interests (you don't have to rush in doing it) with people you feel comfortable with (I had just 3 friends, you dont need a big group)
