A lot of people here believe that the US, Europe etc. would be better off if their was strict control over mating that "fairly" distributed the privilege over society.
The classic example that's wished for is that the West had arranged-marriages. Arranged marriages are the best example in todays society of stopping the natural order and allowing less capable men of reproducing. All well and good right?
Wrong.
Look at Indians in the West today.
Why are far shorter and on average uglier than their Caucasian counterparts?
A lot of the blame can be placed at the feet of the success of the arrange marriage system in the past. The "fairer" distribution of sex over previous generations allowed the genes of less capable individuals to continue onto the present when they we're more likely to be rooted out in Western civilisations.
Meaning that the very thing that produces "fair" results today is what creates "unfair" results tomorrow.
The genetics bill is either paid today in full or accumulates interest over time, such is the fate of arranged-marriage descendants in the present.
Likewise, a society where women more freely select the best possible mate today will create generations of future moggers.
There is no escaping genetics.
