It seems that when guys post girls that don't look like the conventional Stacy, the ratings are all around the place, that's because many women in the middle range of attractiveness are only SUBJECTIVELY good looking. A chad will be rated high or even a chadlite will be rated high by most women but an average girl will have a bunch of 4s, 6s and maybe a few 8s to average out to be a ,5-6/10. Most likely, when we see all these attractive women, we're probably projecting our own preferences, when we are actually seeing a bunch of average at best women.
I could be wrong but that's my stance on it. A girl who like a 6+ or 7+ to most guys is VERY hard to find and I don't know ANY WOMAN to have as high ratings as Tyler Maher does on average so he's probably like a 9.5/10+
