It's a cope. I've seen 50 something fat dudes make out with milfs merely because they had good faces and were charismatic. If you suffer from the so called "agepill" then you are either:

1. Ugly/mediocre to begin with and merely lost whatever little good looks you even had at all in the first place as you aged.
2. Genetic garbage who aged atypically badly.

Well it’s a yes and no situation. It’s much more to do with looking old and ugly than actually being old, social opportunities will be less as you move through your 20s and beyond, but you can always just lie to girls about your age, or change your age on tinder etc.

Imo there are 3 deadly sins of aging as a man
1) Collagen/skin -mostly unavoidable but healthy lifestyle and retin A can slow it down
2)Fat gain - in your control
3) balding - can be controlled to an extent with fin
