No talking\interacting with others to Aurafarm ACTUALLY lowers my perceived value?

i had this tendacy since childhood to stay DEAD silent when im not adressed or needed to talk,as i discovered mewwing this only became voluntarily as i had the mentality of "talk less do more" and i continously observed Jestermaxxers\yappers try to win ppl over and hated their Fraudlent attempts to talk to girls, have more friends.....BUT by the time i started rlly aurafarming and improving my game(going to gym, eating better, dessing better...)i didnt want to talk anymore or interact only with my fixed roster (family classmates and freinds)and ignored foids and crashed hard facing +8\10 girls ,looking back, due to lower friction between ppl and me i was self-excluded from smaller gatherings and ppl had this stigma about me being a serouis unfunny douche. this had many consquences in uni environement where old classmates would openly ignore me (idc about them i only worry about their baddie freinds )and i felt my presence was absent and no matter aura u have when alone in uni u feel outcast (note ihave many freinds im talking about female,s i only care about girls judgements that i wanna bang ) do i need to yap to actually improve my smv isnt that becoming pick up artist\fraudmaxxing?

Perceived value comes from a lot of things including your masculinity(how masculine you act) but unfortunately we live in this jester clowned word where everyone wants to escape reality somehow so now you have to be funny..
