I have very small upper teeth and a long philtrum. Due to this I have minimal to no teeth show and if I keep my teeth shut it kinda looks like I have sfs (I always keep them open but lips shut). I am planning to get a lip lift, but I also need a way to make my teeth taller. I am thinking about getting bonding. Is there any other option (without destroying the teeth underneath)?

Veneers can be an option. I believe there are options for increasing the size.

get a maxillary downgraft, you have vertical deficiency

But don’t I have to shave them down for veneers
I believe you do yes. There's not many realistic options that don't harm your actual teeth

Also thought about this but i have rather low fwhr (1.85) and 0.99 midfaceratio so idk abt elongating my face more, liplift would probably cancel that out so it might be a really good option. Would be more expensive tho since I cant pass on the teeth bonding.
