How am I able to fit

2 hours gym sesh 5x a week
Cooking my food since i eat a different diet than my family
School and studying for exams
9 hours of sleep
3 hours of daily programming(found a niche way to make bag)
Having fun outside with friends(to pull foids)
And gaming

Into a day without restricting anything, on some days i have school till 5pm on some til 1pm and on some days until 2pm:feelswhy:

All of these things are important and taking anything out is gonna fuck me over(taking out gaming will make me want to kms):feelsuhh:

out of all these things I think it’d be easiest to fix your gym schedule. Varys by person but it seems like a lot to be going to the gym for 2 hours 5 times a week. Are you doing full body workouts? You could easily slim that down to 40min-1 hour by arranging a decent split. FBEOD could be good if you know how to use it properly aswell

cut out at least 1-2 hours of sleep, you can always fix your sleep schedule later, put gaming on hold until the weekend or dont take long gaming sessions

I could slim it down to like 70 mins if i take a scooter and ye gaming could be less

You don’t fit all that in without missing some stuff daily, so you rotate priorities by day, (long school days = bare minimum gym + no programming or gaming, short days = stack gym + programming + social) and accept that not everything will happen every day, it's OVER.

My diet rn is pretty much perfect.

Also im actually rlly smart just a lazy bastard and I'm kinda over exaggerating ts, could skim gym to 1 hour and sleep to 8:30 thats enough isnt it?

well if thats like the light in your life then ig 2-3hrs should be good, since it seems uve been making progress and are used to/ok with that amount of time. also whats ur ideal sleeping time and usual wake up time

U should do high volume low frequency in gym, maybe 2x a week, maybe 3, do full body or U/L, rest for each muscle almost 3-5 days. Stop training by bro science
 
cut off foids u dont need em , just grind and go gym harder , hop on peds etc .

skip the chud ass gaming for the weekend, i know you said your doing this (as in ascending) for interactions but you gotta plant the seed and ascend first

looking good wont automatically give you social skills, and anyways sitting in a room all day and not going outside is not good irregardless and you'll prolly lose out on opportunities and waste your childhood
 
do not listen to those retards who tell you not to go outside at all. having friends and real-life communication is an excellent opportunity
