I am pretty sure there will be insane punishment if you get caught though. The fine for breaking the 5 feet social distancing rules in the Netherlands was 500 dollars + a criminal note to your file. Means you will never be hired anymore at an airport, hospital, shit like that.

If you enter a festival without a vaccin you will be sued for something like biological terrorism, endangering the lives of 10.000 people, etc. I wouldn't be suprised if you're going to be stuck in prison for a long time for that.
