I took 1.9 GRAMS of magnesium while the healthy amount per day is around 0.4 grams.

It made me NT as fuck and they liked being around me but once they left I had the worst shit ever.
It was like I shitted water for the next 3 days. Don't recommend megadosing magnesium.

Just one girl could cause dehydration and therefore kill me. The things girls change in you
