The raw primal diet is UTTER BULLSHIITTTTTTT. I don't follow the carnivore diet, I think it can be situationally useful, but it's not for me or my goals, despite that I still consume Goake's content, I think it is sound, high-quality, and mostly science-based, if anyone for whatever reason wants to follow a carnivore diet, please listen to people with actual brains and who at least reach MTN (ahem, Goatis).



There needs to be a huge media pushback that directly addressed dumbass raw carnivores, too many kids without common sense are being exposed to this content and actually falling for it. It's sad tbh
